Arrival and Departure Dates

The summer calendar at the beginning of the bulletin indicates precise arrival and departure dates for each program. Each international campus requests that students not arrive or depart during Sabbath hours, if possible. Overseas schools will meet and return students to area airports or train stations if students apprise them of their arrival and departure times using this page.  Information is sent directly to the International Schools. Schools do not charge a fee for this service. Arrival notice forms must arrive at the international campus at least 5 working days before the student's scheduled arrival. Students arriving before the date stated on the calendar or staying on campus after teh final day of programs may need to pay an additional fee each day for room and board. This charge varies from one overseas college to the next, but is generally quite reasonable.

Typically, students are allowed to stay on campus for two days before the published arrival date and two days after the published departure date free of charge. Any stay greater than this period of time requires extra fees that are determined by each international school. This two-day 'grace period' does not apply to all schools, so students are encouraged to contact their international school directly before purchasing travel tickets if an early arrival or late departure is expected.
