Insurance Coverage All students participating in ACA Summer Language Study programs will be covered by a short-term travel insurance-package policy through the General Conference Risk Management Services. Policy #9017429 is expected to provide the following coverage for travel world-wide and limited vacation travel when it is combined with a sponsored activity:
Coverage will be from June 1 to August 31. Teacher-sponsors will also be enrolled in this policy.The teacher-sponsors or their employing organization should pay for this coverage. Institution checks accompanying the application forms should include the insurance fee for teacher-sponsors. These insurance policies are secondary insurance designed to supplement primary insurance policies. They only care for immediate expenses abroad and do not allow for subsequent claims and coverage after a student's return from the international campus.
