Withdrawal From the Program

Circumstances may change, necessitating a student to totally withdraw from the program. If this occurs, the student should notify the ACA office in Maryland immediately by telephone, fax or e-mail indicating the date of withdrawal from the program and their expected date of arrival back home. In order to expedite the determination of any refund, prior to leaving the international school, studenst should ask the language program director at the host campus to send the ACA office the following information as soon as possible:

1. An ACA withdrawal form indicating the date of withdrawal, reason and any pertinent information.


2. The balance on the student's personal accounts. (The host campus should make every effort to refund any balance owed to the student before the student's departure.)
